The Tomah Parks and Recreation Department is pround to offer a wide variety of parks with many different features including open air

Tomah Parks
Buckley Park: Home to the Tomah Aquatic Center which features zero depth, water
slides, lap swimming, sand play area, kid’s polar bear slide and tons of fun. Located at South
Glendale Avenue and East Holton Street. For pool hours contact 608-374-7446.
Butts Park: Open-air picnic pavilion, public restrooms, playground equipment
and picnic area. Future site of the Veterans Memorial. Located at North Superior and Arthur Street.
Frank S. Andres Fireman’s Park: Open-air picnic pavilion (2), enclosed shelter,
public restrooms, horseshoe pits, playground area. Located at Carol Avenue and East Brownell Street.
Gillett Park: Little Red School House Museum, playground area, picnic area and gazebo.
Located at South Superior Avenue and East Council Street.
Grumann Park: Playground area located at Kristi Lane and Jodi Circle.
Lake Park: Open-air picnic pavilion, public restrooms, playground
area and picnic area. Located on Parkview Drive.
North Glendale Avenue Ball Park Complex: Softball and Baseball diamonds,
concession stands, volleyball courts, and public restrooms. Located on 400 N. Glendale Avenue.
Veteran’s Park: Open-air picnic pavilion, public restrooms, playground area,
nature trail, soccer fields, and picnic area. Located on North Glendale Ave and Lemonweir Parkway.
Waterman Park: Playground area and picnic area. Located at Waterman Avenue and Pine Street.
Winnebago Park: 2 Open-air picnic pavilion, enclosed shelter, public restrooms,
little league baseball diamond, handicapped fishing pier, 2 boat ramps for access to Lake Tomah, volleyball courts,
horseshoe pits, and picnic area. Located of Butt’s Avenue at Ellen Drive and Brandon Street.
Winnebago Wonderland: A 10,000 sq. ft. wooden playground complete with castles, mazes,
slides, tubes, swings and more. Located inside of Winnebago Park.
Reservations for the enclosed picnic shelters and open-air picnic pavilions can be made at the office of the City Clerk.
