Community Development (CDBG) Application Process
When an application is received and if CDBG Funding is available:
1. Information is verified to determine if the household meets program guidelines
2. A home inspection is then completed
3. Application is presented at the next Community Development Commission meeting for review & recommendation to City Council
4. Application is then presented to City Council at their next meeting for approval
5. This process takes an average of 45-60 days.
