Housing Application Process



When an application is received:

1.Application is added to waiting list based on apartment size needed and the date application was received.

2.When an apartment becomes available applicant information is verified to determine if the household is eligible.
3.Applicant will be either offered an apartment or be denied housing based on verifications.
4.Eligible applicants will wait an average of 6 to 24 months before being offered housing
