The mission of the City Administrator's Office is to provide overall direction for the City organization in accordance with policies established by the Common Council. Through effective leadership, the Administrator will promote teamwork to provide quality services; develop policy recommendations to the Mayor and City Council for changes in programs; operations; strategic planning; marketing and promotion; new development; financing strategies; and policies to ensure controlled growth.
