Senior Executive Team

The Common Council formed the Senior Executive Team (SET) at the end of 2021. The SET replaced the city administrator position in an attempt to provide the city with a more efficient, effective and responsible government under a government system of a part time mayor and council. The SET team's members effectively cover all aspects of city administration, human resources, economic development, and finances. An issue can be brought to any member of the SET and the issue will be discussed and addressed.
